I’ve been making lasagna for years but usually it was quite dry the next day and found I wanted to have extra sauce with leftovers – . The conventional version is made utilizing a mixture of pork and beef. If you wish to do this, use 300g/10oz pork and 700g/1.4lb beef. I don’t do that just because I feel just like the sauce is so superbly rich anyway . Spread with one other 2 half cups of Ragu, then 1 cup of Cheese Sauce. Top with lasagna sheets then repeat 1 more time. Pour about 1 cup of the milk in, mixing as you go to incorporate into the flour combination.
This recipe is superb–ESPECIALLY this sauce. Would it work as is on spaghetti noodles?
What To Serve With Lasagna:
My whole family loved it, which is an enormous plus. It’s exhausting to find something that all of them like. Another plus is that I’ve developed an allergy to eggs, and might’t have conventional lasagne but since this recipe doesn’t call for any eggs I can have it. Made this the opposite evening – large hit!
Once largely lump free, add remaining milk. Use a whisk if needed to make it lump free. Topping –cowl with lasagna sheets, pour over remaining white sauce then sprinkle with cheese. I was on the lookout for a great, straightforward recipe for lasagna, and I was not dissatisfied with this one. It was simple to make and delicious.
